Why do you sell direct and through retailers? Our products are primarily sold through a distribution network and can be found at most retailers carrying sporting goods and animal feed products. We have always in the past, and will continue in the future, supported our distribution network. Products are sold online in order to provide service in areas where our products are not readily available.
How do I find a retailer in my area? To find a retailer in your area please use the Dealer Search, which can be found at the top of every page of the website.
How will my order be shipped and what is the cost? If you are a dealer or distributor, please contact your sales rep to discuss the most appropriate method of shipping. All consumer orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping costs are determined by the total dollar amount of your order. The table below outlines shipping cost.

How do I check my order status? Orders status will appear once your items are shipped. To check your order status, click here or go to the Log In tab in the upper right portion of the home page.
What is the delivery time? All consumer orders are shipped UPS ground with an average delivery rate of 5-7 days from the date the order is processed. Dealers should contact their sales person to coordinate shipping and delivery times.
What is your guarantee and policy? Evolved guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@evolved.com to resolve the issue.
